Daimler AG implements beqom’s solution

Swiss startup beqom has been selected by to Daimlar AG to centralize the management its HR compensation processes. beqom’s solution was chosen as the preferred platform due to a need for a more consistent, centralized framework, more modern and efficient approach in managing compensation.

Beqom, a Fribourg based startup offering cloud based total compensation solution, developed a Total Compensation Platform to help HR teams to automate and globally manage all forms of performance and compensation, including salary, bonus, long-term incentives, deferred compensation and all key drivers towards Employee Performance and Sales Performance. The platform is used globally across all industry sectors by over 100 large companies including Microsoft and Vodafone.

Following the $35M investment from Goldman Sachs, beqom has welcomed a new Client. Early this month, beqom announced that Daimler AG will implement beqom’s solution in centralising its HR compensation processes.Daimlar, one of the DAX30 companies, is one of the largest producers of premium cars and manufacturer of commercial vehicles.
