Apply now for the de Vigier award

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the WA de Vigier Foundation and until the end of October the Sommerhaus in Solothurn is showing an exhibition about the life of William A de Vigier – entrepreneur, patron and founder of the de Vigier award.

But the foundation is not only looking back, it has also introduced some innovations in its anniversary year. For the first time, the organisation is running a prize draw – the WA de Vigier Fan Prize – on Facebook. Facebook fans of the de Vigier Foundation can vote for their favourite from this year’s winners and nominees, and will be entered into the draw to win three iPads.

Information about the award winners and nominees can be found on the website of the de Vigier Foundation, including videos of the company presentations at this year’s awards ceremony. You can vote until the end of August.

However, next year’s awards are once again looming. Founders with innovative business ideas have until the end of September to apply. An initial selection is made based on submitted documents and you can register online.
