Following its participation in a six-month PlayBeyondBio acceleration program in Israel, docdok.health AG won a strategic partnership with the corona vaccine developer AstraZeneca. The two will collaborate on three projects to jointly develop digital disease management solutions based on the docdok platform.

The PlayBeyondBio Acceleration program, established by Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP), the pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca and Margalit Startup City Community, provides digital health startups with a platform to meet and work with world’s leading ecosystem players to revolutionise digital health worldwide.

Nine startups participated in the six-month program to define their vision, identify potential markets, and develop marketing strategies and technological integration. Upon graduation, two startups including docdok.health AG won international pilots and new collaborations with AstraZeneca.
