Meet the ten Swiss Fellows in the Fusion accelerator

Fusion Accelerator

Swiss-based global innovation platform, FUSION has announced the new batch of startups to benefit from their 2017/18 acceleration program. The startups originate from 13 countries and they cover the areas of Fintech, Proptech & Smart City and Lifetech. During the program, the fellows will accelerate their growth and engage with corporations.

Fusion was launched in 2015 as the first Swiss-based Fintech Accelerator. Besides Fintech, Fusion announced two new industry-focused venture accelerator programs: Lifetech and Proptech/ Smart City to help build the future of the Healthcare, and the Real Estate industry. All three fields are represented by the batch, which is currently enrolled in the 2017/18 program. The selected startups represent 13 countries including Singapore, Germany and Russia as well as southern Europe (Italy, Spain and France) and Switzerland.

From Switzerland the following fellows have been selected

Fintech

Hello Izi – developed personal Stock Investing Assistant

Systemkredit – creates an ecosystem of rated credit risks that benefits lenders and borrowers

Yawave – helps companies leverage social-crowd activation to increase consumer engagement and brand equity

Wealthinitiative – a peer-to-peer digital tool for high-end tangible assets & direct equity..

 

Lifetech

Fennex – enables augmented hearing through its innovative seamless integration with AirPods and sound algorithms.

Pryv – offers software that enables fully-compliant collection, structure, distribution and storage of data for health applications and products.

Stuward – provides solutions to supports people living with dementia

 

Proptech & Smart City

Advisay –an automated assistant/chatbot for real estate management allowing for effective customer personalization, acquisition and engagement.

We Hike – developed a social platform helping hikers optimize their hikes using satellite technology for real time insights. WeHike's data infrastructure can be leveraged for Real Estate and Smart City applications.

Yeti Visit – enables high quality 360 virtual tours for real estate professionals and photographers

Fusion leverages its network of ambassadors to identify companies that have validated early product/customer fit and focuses its fellowship program on Go-To-Market fit. During the 12-Months startups will benefit from Fusion’s network of Swiss, European and American mentors and partners. They will engage openly and support startups through their growth phase.

Fusion has also partnered with companies like Temenos, Notz Stucki, Swisscard, Mobiliere, Investis to build the ecosystem. Most recently counting the addition of EPFL and Digital Switzerland in its effort, it has expanded the reach and continue to see accelerated momentum in enabling the evolution of these industries in Switzerland and globally.
