TechShare is an educational program specifically designed to familiarize Tech CEOs with capital markets, providing technical workshops and individual coaching. Applications are open for the first Swiss class of companies.

Launched in 2015, TechShare is a free pan-European programme that helps to familiarise innovative businesses with capital markets and give them the information they need to reach the next stage of their growth and go public. Entrepreneurs will thus be better able to judge the opportunity of listing in tandem with their specific business projects, and to prepare in good time. Topics include for example “How to prepare your company to investors expectations”, “Getting a fair value” or “Communication means and obligations after an IPO.

Euronext will launch its pre-IPO program with the first class of Swiss companies joining in September 2018. The 2017/2018 cohort is comprised of 68 Tech companies, operating in Digital, TMT, Life Sciences and Cleantech sectors. Euronext is looking for highly motivated candidates willing to learn more about going public, supported by an ecosystem of experts and Swiss partners.

Selected for their innovative flair and impressive performance, participants are businesses active in digital technology, life sciences and eco-industries that might consider listing in the three years ahead. Applications are opened until 5 June 2018. More information on the website of the program.
