The Swiss Market Entry Bootcamp offers 50 international startups a deep dive into the Swiss entrepreneurship ecosystem. The program provides access to leading Swiss corporations, accelerators, incubator programs and public institutions. Start-ups can apply until 23 April.

At the end of May 2019, 50 international startups will get a unique opportunity to explore the Swiss innovation ecosystem from within – at the 2nd Swiss Market Entry Bootcamp. The bootcamp is an initiative of digitalswitzerland operated by Impact Hub Zurich, which helps entrepreneurs get to know the Swiss startup ecosystem and market entry opportunities by providing access to leading Swiss corporations, accelerators, incubator programs and public institutions.

Impact Hub Zurich will host 50 of the most promising international startups in Zurich on May 27th. These startups will be engaged in an intensive matchmaking program involving corporate and ecosystem intros, pitches, and 1:1 meetings. The program will be based at Kraftwerk, a former power station that has been converted into a unique collaboration and innovation space in the heart of Zurich.

Corporate partners will benefit from direct access to leading international startups that can help them accelerate their own ideas and digital transformation. Confirmed digitalswitzerland corporate partners are: AXA, Coop, Credit Suisse, ETH, EY, Helsana, Hyundai Electric Switzerland, Metall Zug, Migros, SBB, Swiss, Swiss Post, Sanitas, Swisscom, Swisslife, UBS, Zurich Insurance and others.

The second day of the program, May 28th, will take place at the Startup Days organized by Startup Invest, and offers access to investors and ecosystem players, and an opportunity to observe startup and ecosystem pitches in Bern.

During the program, startups will also have the opportunity to connect with startup hubs, incubators, and accelerators across Switzerland and learn about their activities and related opportunities on the Swiss market.

Application is launched today, March 18th. International, later-stage startups with interest in Swiss market entry and networking possibilities are welcomed to apply until April 23rd. The program is open to companies with deep technological solutions in the fields of EdTech & Learning, Digital Health & Wellbeing, FinTech & Cybersecurity, FoodTech & RetailTech, and Smart City, Mobility & Infrastructure.
