Proxeus releases Beta version to public

Proxeus developed a powerful workflow engine and document generator allowing users to create blockchain applications by inputting information and building workflows without the need to learn a new programming language.

The Proxeus technology represents the next phase of digitization, bridging the efficiencies brought by blockchain to the needs of enterprise through an innovative, easy-to-use drag and drop interface. By empowering users to create blockchain applications without specialized programming skills, Proxeus simultaneously lowers the bar to adoption and increases the accessibility of deploying blockchain for a wide variety of use cases.

Six months after raising 25M USD as a part of their ICO, Proxeus is now relaseing the beta of its platform to the community for testing.

“This is a big milestone for Proxeus,” said cofounder Antoine Verdon. “For the first time we are able to show that our technology is real and truly demonstrate the value we are delivering to the blockchain ecosystem. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, and are very excited to hear what the community has to say about it.”

Prior to the beta release, Proxeus developed prototypes to legally incorporate businesses, register assets, and validate certificates on the blockchain, and then released the beta to a selected group of testers to build their own workflows. Now, anyone can use the beta to build, test and validate workflows.

The initial beta functionality allows users to create workflows and register documents on the testnet blockchain, and thus easily recreate use cases such as the University of Basel’s Center for Innovative Finance course certificates or WWF Switzerland’s tax donation verification-system, built in less than 1 day. Test XES tokens will be provided to show how they are function within the Proxeus ecosystem and are used to pay for Proxeus’ services.

After meeting a critical milestone toward fulfilling the requirements of their whitepaper and delivering a concrete, public demonstration of the speed and efficiency of their technology in such a short time, Proxeus is now moving into the community. In the coming months, the scope will be expanded and user feedback incorporated to complete the functions described in the whitepaper and release a fully-developed, mature solution to empower enterprise adoption of blockchain.
