Fusion’s LifeTech accelerator will focus on personalised medicine. La Mobiliere joined as first corporate partner, EPFL supports as academic partner & digitalswitzerland as ecosystem enabler. Applications for the LifeTech accelerator are officially open from today.

FUSION, operating Switzerland’s First Fintech Startup Accelerator Fintech FUSION, announced further plans regarding of its first LifeTech Accelerator – first announced in March 2017. LifeTech Fusion is opening in September of this year,  in Geneva with La Mobiliere as first founding partner with support from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) as academic partner & digitalswitzerland as ecosystem enabling organization. With the launch of the new LifeTech Vertical, Fusion is moving strongly towards its goal of becoming a global platform that supercharges innovation.

Startups are invited to apply now
The LifeTech accelerator is to focus on technologies that bring innovations in the areas of digital health, IOT, wearables, Personal Data Analysis & Mgmt, Biometrics, Machine Learning, Genomics and NanoTech.

Applications for the LifeTech accelerator are open from today. International and Swiss startups with a strong product and early customers (B2B, B2B2C & B2C) within LifeTech can apply until July 15th. The selected startups will be invited to Geneva from September to November 2017. They are provided with hands-on resources for a value of over 300K CHF, a large network of corporate partners, coworking-space at the Fusion Campus as well as access to a broad network of investors, experts, mentors and business partners. Furthermore, all startups have the chance to win funding of up to CHF 2M thanks to the Fusion syndicate with Polytech Ventures as a key partner,  angel investors and corporate partners .

FUSION is targeting world class innovators seeking to positively impact people’s ‘Life’ with direct personalized health solutions and improve the industry’s pace of innovation with B2B solutions that enable corporations to further accelerate their developments.
