New version of Uepaa! App and partnership with BFU

Uepaa! - the outdoor companion app that gets users help, even from areas without no coverage - has just released its biggest technical update yet. The app is now battery-optimized, allowing users to stay safer for longer, and has new tracking features incl. statistics. For the first time, the app now also educates users about the potential outdoor risks and how to prepare sufficiently.

This partnership with BFU involves Uepaa AG bringing the campaign “Hike Safely” digitally to life by integrating the key campaign message into the app, providing users with easy, direct reference to the Checklist. Watch out for the campaign’s outdoor promo (every weekend from 6th July - 19th October in hotspot hiking areas) where you can get a free Premium Upgrade, as well as PowerBar for your hike.
