Tietalent takes one growth step after the other

TieTalent is a recruitment start-up, founded in 2017, and focused on two verticals: IT and Digital Marketing. In 2019, the start-up from western Switzerland continued to assert its presence on the Swiss recruitment market. With over a hundred companies on the platform, including high-profile companies, TieTalent saw its revenue increase fivefold over the year. Jovana Rotula, COO and Co-founder confirms: “the future of recruitment rests with platforms that rely significantly on technology and human input; I believe that the companies in Switzerland know this well. Some of them trust us to source their entire tech teams, from developers to CTOs”.

The platform connects companies of all sizes to candidates seeking permanent, temporary, interim, and – from now on – freelance contracts. Marc Trillou, CEO and Co-founder of the start-up declares: “our clients are increasingly looking to quickly find freelancers to work on short assignments or specific projects. The freelance market is really thriving in Europe. This trend is equally present in Switzerland’s tech sector. We adapted our platform in order to better respond to recruitment needs, both from the side of the companies and that of the candidates”.

The platform comprises several thousand profiles specialized in IT and Digital Marketing. Every profile has been pre-selected via an in-house procedure. The resulting offer fulfills companies’ needs by allowing them to source specialized profiles more quickly and at a lower cost than traditional methods. Companies can register on the platform and immediately receive a short-list of the best freelancers that Switzerland or Europe has to offer, in accordance to their needs.

The story of TieTalent will not stop here. According to a press release, TieTalent plans to soon expand into new markets on the international stage.
