Growth
The scale-up coaching program is an intensive two-year program designed for Swiss startups that are less than 5 years and employ at least five full-time equivalents. 16 startups have been selected and will benefit from the new program.

The scale-up programme is one of the three coaching programs funded by Innosuisse. The main aim of the program is to help the selected company to implement a growth strategy, find further funding opportunities, strengthen its network and develop a process and organisational structure that is fit for significant growth.

The program runs in two phases. Phase 1 is a short and intensive coaching program in order to assess and refine the growth strategy. For Phase 2, the startups are required to present their business growth goals and the corresponding implementation plan to an Innosuisse jury. If the start-ups pass successfully the jury meeting, they then work with coaches in Phase 2 to achieve milestones that are relevant for successful growth. The names of the start-ups entering phase 2 will be known in February.
