Green Motion RANGEXT50/150

#SwissTech at CES 2019: Green Motion, the provider of charging systems for electric vehicles is presenting its avant-garde products this week in Las Vegas. The startups aims to win new technology partners to bring its solution across borders.

Green Motion designs, produces and distributes charging stations for electronic vehicles. Green Motion’s RANGEXT 50/150 charging station is a high performing station, which enables rapid charging: 6 minutes of charging provide 100 kilometres of self-sufficiency. The power available ranges from 50 kW to 150 kW, depending on the configuration selected. The RANGEXT 50/150 was developed entirely in Switzerland, and every station produced for the local market is assembled in the canton of Vaud, at the Polyval workshops.

Thanks to its efficient charging stations for electric vehicles, Green Motion SA attracted interest from China resulting into a licensing agreement with Zhongding Group. Further interest comes from India and other countries. In the home market, Green Motion has established itself as a market leader.

Additionally, after raising capital to the tune of tens of millions and numerous partnerships in 2018, Green Motion SA is now set to conquer further international markets. This week at the CES in Las Vegas, the startup will present its charging system to the rest of the world.

“Switzerland is where we are from, where we established ourselves as the market leader. However, many countries worldwide are interested in our technologies, which is why we are taking the opportunity to introduce ourselves to them at the global platform, CES,” says François Randin, CEO of Green Motion SA.

Exposing itself to the global market at CES Las Vegas should enable Green Motion SA to find new contacts and technology partners to bring its solution across various borders.
