The Vaud-based startup iRewind continues to expand its international distribution network. For the attractive Indian market, iRewind is partnering with the second largest Indian timing company, My Race Timing Solutions. The first joint event has already been realised.
iRewind provides smart personalized mass video production technologies and customized solutions to create great video micro-moments for the sports industry. Since its incorporation, the company has covered more than 370 events and delivered almost 5 million video minutes. At the last "Course de l'Escalade" in Geneva iRewind produced alone more than 40'000 personalised videos in 24 hours.
In total, iRewind is now present in 26 countries. Recently, the startup signed a partnership with My Race Timing Solutions, an Indian company providing event timing and management services with a comprehensive approach. My Race has branches in Chennai and Thane.
My Race Timing Solutions takes advantage of iRewind’s video cloud solution and integrates it directly and seamlessly with online results services. Thus, the participant will always find their personal finisher video below the results. The local production is executed by the timing company with its own cams. My Race Timing Solutions also benefits from the full feature set of iRewind. The first event has already been realized: finisher videos were produced for the 2017 Goa River Marathon. Planning for 2018 is ongoing.
