Providing HR & managers with a comprehensive solution to keep teams highly engaged.

A company’s ability to retain their best talents is often their biggest competitive advantage. RogerHR helps create secure, efficient and fulfilling environments that provide employees an attractive work environment. The startup offers a comprehensive solution to set engaging objectives, provide continuous feedback and evaluation, resolve employee concerns preventively, and track people analytics. FIT's Digital Seed loan of CHF 50’000 will enable the start-up to increase sales and grow further.

A mobile app to help record and analyse one’s dreams.

Mental wellness has become a major concern, and alternative medicines are gaining momentum. Analysing dreams also plays a key role in processing emotions. Oniri’s app has a unique dream analysis process that combines artificial intelligence and psychological research. The app is a much cheaper and more accessible alternative to therapy and offers additional related features such as lucid dreaming techniques, voice recording, and more. To date, the app counts over 740’000 dreams in the database, 30’000 monthly active users, and 3’000 paid subscribers. The company is planning to grow its user base through influencer marketing, viral user-generated growth, and launching in different languages. The FIT loan of 50’000 will contribute to hiring staff to create content related to the dream, and to accelerate the development of the Android version.

Digitally promoting local hidden places.

Tourist signage is expensive, outdated and often prone to vandalism, making it difficult for cities to showcase their local assets. Genius Loci develops a physical stainless-steel medal and a linked digital space to enhance a place of interest. For the price of a single standard sign, Genius Loci can be used to promote up to 40 places. Cities can also acquire a stock of medals and entrust them to their citizens. The latter become the guardians of the places. Although the citizens can write the content, the city still retains control. Thanks to FIT's CHF 20’000 support, Genius Loci will set up a pilot project involving several cities in Switzerland and France.
