Sonect shines at the Finnovate fair

Over 1,200 people gathered in Berlin to meet some of the most innovative and fastest-growing FinTechs in Europe at Finovate Europe.

Sonect participated as one of the 60 start-ups to present and demonstrate their solution on stage. The fintech startup developed a platform to provide everyone access to financial services anywhere by allowing them to withdraw cash from those that seek to deposit. Thanks to this innovation, the startup has grown to become the pioneer of Virtual ATMs with over 2300 points of sale.

Based on the solution's potential impact, the audience voted for Sonect as “Best of Show Award at Finovate Europe 2020”. The award is another great recognition for the Swiss start-up and will fuel the company with energy for the planned international expansion. Sonect employs 25 people in Zurich, Vilnius and Mexico City.
