Having built a firm foundation in Switzerland and Germany, the proptech startup Allthings is now expanding to Amsterdam and the UK. The expansion is part of the internationalization plan to meet global demand.

ETH Zurich Spinoff, Allthings connects tenants, property owners and service providers on one central digital platform to increase transparency in buildings and tenant satisfaction, as well as to make processes such as communication more efficient. The Allthings technology comes in the form of a web-based platform for users in the real estate industry and a mobile web application for tenants.

Over 200 medium-sized to large real estate companies and service providers currently use the Allthings platform. To build on its success in the home markets and enable property owners across Europe to benefit from its solution, Allthings has opened new offices in Amsterdam and the UK. The startup will have a dedicated team in London and Amsterdam to serve customers in the new markets. The expansion is part Allthings’ internationalization plans, for which the startup raised CHF 13.7million last year.

„Combining many value-adding services on one central platform has convinced our customers in the local markets. Now they want to upgrade their international portfolios with the Allthings platform. Accordingly, the new locations enable us to serve our existing customers internationally. At the same time, we have noticed that the needs of real estate companies throughout Europe are similar and are looking forward to supporting new customers in England and the Netherlands with their long-term digitization strategy,“ said Marc Beermann, co-founder and Chief Growth Officer about the opening of Allthings‘ fifth and sixth location.
