The Chinese and French believe in PriceHubble

PriceHubble uses machine learning and Big Data to facilitate online real estate valuation and prediction. The solution provides a large quantity of data concerning the location and neighborhood as well as sentimental factors such as noise pollution and other emissions, which are all relevant for decision making.

Now three years in the market, the startup has continued to build on its record of accomplishments with achievements ranging from winning awards to financing, collaborations and support from various organizations. As of recent, the company was selected among the 15 startups to enter the Ping An Cloud Accelerator 2nd cohort. Initially, 298 companies from all over the world applied for the opportunity.

The accelerator project was initiated by Ping An Group, one of the world's largest insurance and financial institutions, supported by the Futian District Government of Shenzhen and SparkLabs accelerator and venture capital fund. The main goal is to support innovative technology companies with efforts and plans to enter the Chinese market.

During the five-month accelerated trip, the organizers will help selected companies polish their products, optimize their business models, expand their business to China and promote the next round of financing through marketing activities such as D-Day and seminars. Additionally, Pricehubble and peers will receive access to the international community resources of SparkLabs and selected Ping An Cloud services and become partners in the Ping An Cloud environment.

Batimat innovation Award in Paris
Not only did PriceHubble’s solution impress the Chinese jury, but also the French jury of the Batimat Innovation Awards in Paris. The startup was selected as the winner of the category Big Data and AI out of 110 companies that applied for the award.

Batimat (le Salon International de la Construction) is a tradeshow for the building industry where decision makers and project managers gather to forge collaborations and seek products and service solutions for current and future buildings. The fair attracts over 300’000 visitors.
