Following a financing round GuestReady is on a growth course

Launched in 2016 by a team consisting largely of former Rocket Internet executives, GuestReady uses technology to enable its personalised style of property management. The start-up is present in six countries across Europe and Asia: it provides Airbnb-management services to luxury rental hosts in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Paris, Cannes, Porto, Lisbon, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong. Due to rising guest expectations, Airbnb hosts increasingly engage short-term rental management companies such as GuestReady to take care of their properties.

To date, the company has raised a total of $3.7M from angel investors and seed stage funds such as Impulse VC, Swiss Founders Fund (SFF), Boost Heroes, Forty:one and Senn & Partners. The third financing round, led by Impulse VC, was closed this year.

GuestReady has now acquired a rental operator in Portugal and will take over the management of the portfolio of a French Airbnb manager. The deals add 100 new homes to GuestReady’s portfolio, growing its property list to over 1,000. The company is currently in talks of expanding operations to other markets.

GuestReady is a “born global”. The three Swiss founders work from London, Zurich and Bangkok. The start-up in incorporated in Switzerland.
