Startup founders are always busy. Podcasts and interviews can help to take a step back and generate new ideas. Four examples.

Sparkr Podcast: timeless recipes for success
Christian Lundsgaard-Hansen started his podcast earlier this year. He already spoke to Ottmar Hitzfeld, Facebook’s Timo Pelz, Swisscom’s Lukas Peter and Investor Daniel Gutenberg. Christian Lundsgaard asks questions that start-ups are bothering about: How do I build up a creative, productive corporate culture? What makes a good leader? What do I have to look out for when hiring employees? How do I tell a enthralling story of my product? The Sparkr Podcast answers them with the help of people like Ottmar Hitzfeld (Leadership) or people from Facebook (corporate culture).

The podcast aims at distilling timeless recipes for success in conversation. “The Sparkr Podcast series succeeds to engage very busy people in a long conversation. Thus, the Sparkr Podcast creates depth and personal insights”, explains Christian Lundsgaard.
