Cristina Kehl, Giles Keating ad Kurt Bobst

Globalance has recently appointed fintech expert Christina Kehl to its board of directors. Credit Suisse veteran Giles Keating has joined Bitcoin Suisse's board of directors. Likewise, the energy startup Clemap welcomed Kurt Bobst.

Globalance, an innovative private bank specialized in sustainable investments, has appointed Christina Kehl as an additional member of the Board of Directors. Kehl is one of Switzerland's and internationally recognised experts in the digital sector and a thought leader in the digital transformation. She is a board member and managing director of Swiss Finance Startups, which she co-founded in 2014. As a representative of the interests of finance, business and politics, she is actively involved in the further development of the Swiss Fintech ecosystem. In 2017 she was appointed as the youngest member of the newly founded Advisory Council for Digital Transformation of the Swiss Federal Council (Departments WBF and DETEC).

By joining Globalance, the bank is strengthening its competencies in the areas of digitalization and innovation. In her new role, Kehl will support the development of Globalance's vision and strategies for a digital, fair and sustainable future.

Credit Suisse Veteran joins Bitcoin Suisse
Bitcoin Suisse, the Swiss crypto-finance market leader and technology pioneer has expanded its board of directors with the election of Giles Keating, former Chief Economist and Global Head of Research at Credit Suisse,  effective May 1. The 30-year veteran of Credit Suisse, Keating is an internationally recognized thought leader and market commentator with a wealth of experience. He was Credit Suisse’s Global Chief Economist for Investment Banking and later Global Head of Research for the bank’s Private Banking and Wealth Management division. He brings vast knowledge in capital markets, investment banking and economic analysis.

Urs Bigger, a Member of the Board since November 2017, assumes the role of Vice-President to the support Bitcoin Suisse with continuity and experience. Prior to joining Bitcoin Suisse, Bigger served as Head of Legal and Compliance at Falcon Private Bank and as Group Head of Compliance at Credit Suisse Group.

Famous energy expert joins Clemap
Clemap, a Zurich-based startup that provides utility companies with detailed information regarding the electricity consumption of their customers. Based on their sensors, the company generates real-time data from each individual appliance and uses it to improve grid efficiency, enable energy forecasting and support the development of future products.

As part of its upcoming strategic and operational expansion, the startup has welcomed Kurt Bobst to its board of directors. Bobst is the former CEO of Repower, a sales and service company in the energy sector with over 100 years of experience. Bobst is a celebrated veteran in the energy sector whose expertise will help Clemap achieve its ambitions.
