Fixposition AG, a cutting-edge Swiss technology company providing global high-precision positioning solutions, has welcomed Serpentine Ventures, Amino Capital and MAX Electron as new investors in its seed extension round.
Using deep sensor fusion technology, Fixposition combines satellite GNSS technology with advanced computer vision and machine learning to deliver a best-in-class solution at the right price-point for applications where centimeter to decimeter-level accuracy is crucial but must be available under all conditions. The company’s new Vision-RTK 2 is a low-power and compact industrial-grade device is ideal for autonomous delivery and logistics vehicles, agriculture, mowing and landscaping machines, as well as any other application where precise, uninterrupted positioning must always be available everywhere.
With the successful launch of the Vision-RTK 2 sensor with positive market feedback, the funds will enable the startup to build a stronger sales pipeline aiming to enable mass production with more contracts to be sealed in the coming two years. Fixposition will also use the fund to drive further innovation in its technology for future-proof solutions.

“The round is part of the $5.95 million seed funding Fixposition raised in October 2021. The team decided not to include the investment from Gao Mei Capital (G&M Capital), due to the complexity of transferring the RMB fund to Switzerland.
We are working with our partners to refine our technology to simplify its integration and prepare for more design-in,” explained Lukas Meier, CTO and Co-Founder of Fixposition. “More next-generation features of our product pipeline are being developed to expand the operation area of our customers’ autonomous systems.”
