Zaphiro –ENGIE Innovation, France
Cleantech startup Zaphiro is one of the winners of ENGIE Innovation’s Call for Projects to develop new solutions for power quality (PQ) assessment within medium voltage grids that gives the opportunity to execute the project in a real-life test case at Windnet Oost-Flevoland. The startup is responding to the “Measurements Strategies for PQ Monitoring” to analyze and solve PQ problems during operation with a fully time-synchronized measurement technology. Its SynchroGuard allows to continuously monitor PQ parameter (harmonics, slow/fast voltage variations) over different time ranges (from sub-second events to hourly trends) and cross-correlate PQ events in different places of the grid to understand the source of the PQ problem.

Smart Helio – AWS Clean Energy Accelerator program
The panel from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Freshwater Advisors selected ten startups for its inaugural AWS Clean Energy Accelerator program designed to help address the crucial need for cleantech innovation and collaborative solutions to address the global climate and clean energy challenges. Smart Helio, a deep-tech clean energy startup using proprietary Edge sensors and intelligent software to make solar plants live longer and greener, is one of the ten selected startups. As part of the five-week program, the cohort will receive technical, business, and go-to-market mentorship from AWS clean energy experts, up to $50,000 in AWS Promotional Credit through AWS Activate, and collaboration opportunities with AWS energy customers, industry leaders and members of AWS Partner Network (APN) looking for clean energy solutions.
