Swiss Symposium in Point-of-Care Diagnostics

18.10.2018 09:00 - 18:00
Graubündner Kantonalbank, Engadinstrasse 25, Chur

This event will bring together numerous stakeholders from science, medicine and industry to discuss opportunities and challenges towards new and innovative Point-of-Care diagnostic products.

The diverse and exciting program includes 11 presentations by experts addressing the clinical needs, enabling technologies and innovative new products on the market. Special highlights this year are the plenary lecture by Prof. Joseph Wang, University of California San Diego (USA) and the keynote speech by Dr. Emmanuel Delamarche, IBM Research, Zurich.

Furthermore, this year’s industry exhibition is a great opportunity to find out from well-established companies and young start-ups about their latest products and technological propositions in Point-of-Care Diagnostics.

With your participation at the 2018 Swiss Symposium in Point-of-Care Diagnostics, you can both gain insight into and help shaping a technological evolution towards a decentralized, boundary-less testing near the patient, thus further enabling personalized medicine, making future health care better and more efficient.

The Symposium invites participants of the symposium to submit an abstract for the poster session. Deadline of abstract submission is the 21st September 2018.
