How to secure a Horizon 2020 grant for your startup

Are you looking for equity-free money to finance your innovation project? The HORIZON 2020 program is financing innovative startups who want to disrupt existing markets with grants up to €3 million and financing up to €17,5 million. Is your startup idea already incorporated and close to market? Do you have an existing prototype or proof of concept and an ambition to grow globally?

In partnership with Evolution Europe, Venturelab is hosting a workshop to present the opportunities offered by the European Commission (EIC accelerator- formerly known as SME Instrument, FTI) for your startup. The objective will be to analyse new changes introduced in the 2019 work program and to highlight key experiences and tips to successfully apply. Evolution Europe is a technology advisory firm with vast experience in helping startups to apply for financing from such funding programmes. Through their methodology and high-quality process they have been able to support over 300 projects in 17 different countries throughout Europe.  They have worked on over 80 projects in Switzerland, and have coordinated 40% of the total granted Swiss SME Instrument Phase-2.

The workshop will consist out of several parts:
1) General introduction into the topic (project overview, requirements, different stages)
2) Individual 1:1 advisory meetings with the experts
3) Informal meeting session with a Phase-2 guest
4) Afterwork/Networking
