FoodHack Geneva is a 54-hour environmental hackathon where 60 talented participants will come together to hack a more sustainable future of food. Registration is now open.

Not only in Europe but all over the world, people are creating new and more effective answers to the some of the biggest challenges of our time:

  • How to cut our carbon footprint?

  • How to tackle food waste?

  • How to keep people healthy?

  • How to live sustainably?

And we all know that action is urgently needed.

For the second edition of FoodHack Geneva, teams will tackle real-world challenges submitted from our partners and work hand in hand with them to prototype and pitch solutions.

Challenges include:

  • Impact Hub Geneva & Lausanne’s Food Save Challenge
Prize: 3-month incubation for the winning team with possibility for continued support and seed funding

  • Ricolab's Food Traceability and Provenance Challenge
Prize: Continued support & mentoring for the winning team.

If you’re passionate by food and sustainability and ready to turn your ideas into action apply today.

We need engineers, food industry specialists, designers, developers, researchers, business minds and hustlers to come together to share ideas, form teams and build solutions.

Apply today at www.foodhack.ch before applications close on the 15th October.
