This CAS provides future innovation leaders with the design thinking and industry specific skills to identify market opportunities and conceptualize a radical MedTech product up to patent application and a seed-stage business plan.

This hands-on, interdisciplinary course is modelled on the pioneering Biodesign training concept of Stanford University, that has been adopted by leading universities around the world. Participants will benefit from lectures and intensive project coaching by Stanford and ZHAW faculty, top tier health innovation and medical experts, clinical immersion and an exclusive international network.

The CAS aims at aspiring corporate intrapreneurs and start-up entrepeneurs passionate about developing breakthrough medtech products. Candidates must possess at least three years of professional healthcare experience in e.g. medicine, clinical research, product management, sales, business development, R&D, or software development.

A fee reduction of CHF 1500,- is applicable for applications received by May 15th, and 1’000,- for applications by Sep 1, 2020

Please email your complete application to biodesign.sml@zhaw.ch
