The Swiss Technology Award will be presented for the 25th time at the Swiss Innovation Forum on 20 November 2013. Application Deadline is 28 August 2013.
The Swiss Technology Award wil be held this year for the 25th time. Outstanding technological innovations in Switzerland are sought in three categories: «Inventors», «Start-up» and «Sustainability Leaders».
The Swiss Technology Award is more than just a trophy. Award-winning projects will receive an individually tailored package of benefits:

- Professional video-portrait of the company/innovation/project

- Participation at the Swiss Innovation Forum 2013

Applications are invited from innovative entrepreneurs, teams and companies, as well as start-ups from business and industry (in particular SMEs), teams from universities and universities of applied sciences, with technology-based business ideas which they are looking to translate into market success.
The awards will be presented as part of the Swiss Innovation Forum on the Novartis Campus in Basel. Distinguished speakers attending the Swiss Innovation Forum will include Klaus Wowereit, Mayor of Berlin, and Jay S. Walker, founder of booking.com. The Swiss Innovation Forum will take place on 20 November 2013.
