Start-ups have until 15 September to apply for the first ‘true’ Swiss elevator pitch, organised by CTI Invest in Zurich Prime Tower. There you can qualify for the Pitching Battle at Swiss Startup Day.
CEO Day has been renamed to Swiss Startup Day in order to make it clear to everyone what this event is all about. The event will take place on October 21st 2015, 9:00-18:00 at Stade de Suisse in Berne. 300 persons already registered for the event.
One of the elements is a Pitching Battle where approx. 40 Start-ups from ICT, Cleantech, Biotech, Medtech, Micro-Nanotech and Services will engage in a maximum 3-minute pitch. The qualification for the 40 slots will be done at the Elevator Pitch event, 3rd of October 2015, held in the elevator of the Clouds Restaurant at the Prime Tower in Zurich. Startups have about one minute to pitch to investors. Slides, papers, prototypes or products are not allowed. Founders have to convince the investors just by talking to them.
