Nexthink, the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, today announced that Swisscom has launched a new service for SMEs named “Smart Monitoring” based on Nexthink’s technology.

Nexthink provides real-time visibility and analytics on the usage of the entire IT infrastructure and endpoints from the end-user perspective. Nexthink End-user IT Analytics as a service enables SMEs to monitor the availability of applications and IT services delivered to end-users, and to proactively remediate issues before they impact both end-users and the business.

Nexthink gives Managed Service Providers (MSPs) the ability to deliver smart services through IT analytics and enables them to scale their business efficiently. Provisioning a customer takes just a few clicks, MSPs can host multiple customers on a single Nexthink Engine instance, and no database or other administration is required. Nexthink’s technology enables MSPs to deliver tailored services for individual customers as well as cross-customer visibility and convenient set once, apply all, configuration management.

“Using Nexthink V4 technology our partners can offer multi-tenant services in the cloud that optimize IT operations and improve customer satisfaction,” said Vincent Bieri, Co-Founder, Nexthink. “Nexthink’s End-user IT Analytics will help our partners deliver smarter and profitable IT services that address growing customer demand to focus on running their business and not worry about IT issues.”

“Thanks to Nexthink technology, SMEs can use their PCs with additional security and stability,” said Roger Wühtrich-Hasenböhler, Head of Swisscom‘s Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Division. “Smart Monitoring allows our partners to extend their ICT portfolio and refine it with their own products.”

“With Smart Monitoring from Swisscom, powered by Nexthink, we have visibility into all IT services and end-users’ equipment (PCs and laptops) and can proactively manage them,” said Daniele Waelti, CEO at BITS (a Swisscom certified partner). “The selection of Swisscom’s managed service offering aligns with the strategy of our customers, which is to focus on their core business and to let us leverage analytics to offer them a smarter IT.”
