Finalists of the EC Award have been determined. They will pitch their idea to the audience and the jury on 9th May 2016 at the ETH. The top 3 winners will receive a total sum of CHF 16’000 plus support from Swiss Start Up Factory and the Entrepreneur Club. Two more categories will also be awarded CHF 4’000.
This year, the EC Award is taking place for the second time. The EC award is an initiative of Entrepreneur Club (EC) Zürich and supported by the Swiss Start Up Factory. The award seeks to recognise the most innovative ideas from aspiring entrepreneurs who require support to kick off their projects. This year 49 projects were submitted and only six have been selected for the finals.
At the award ceremony, the jury will be tasked to select the most outstanding idea to receive CHF 8’000. The second and the third winners will also be rewarded a sum of CHF 5’000 and CHF 3000 respectively. Two categories, added value and public prize will be accorded CHF 2000 each. In addition to the cash prize, winners will receive support from the Swiss Start Up Factory and the Entrepreneur Club.

About Swiss Start Up Factory
