Nexthink signs partnership with PMCS.helpLine Software Group

Nexthink,the unique provider of End-user IT Analytics, announced today a strategic partnership with PMCS. PMCS, part of the PMCS.helpLine Software Group, enables customers to optimize their business processes and reduce costs in IT Management.

Nearly all enterprises today continuously monitor their servers, services and networks. However, the end-user perspective and the state of terminal devices thereby are still often ignored. The monitoring software Nexthink starts right there: it takes a deep look into enterprise infrastructure and endpoints, monitors the desktop state and among others measures the quality of applications and IT services delivered.

The partnership of Nexthink and PMCS enables enterprises to optimize the quality of their desktop environment. Moreover, it supports IT departments in providing services and supports the relevant IT processes and projects through real-time analytics.

The addition of Nexthink end-user IT Analytics means that enterprises will be provided with real-time visibility of end-user activity and endpoint performance. The ability to view issues from the end-user perspective will allow problems to be dealt with quickly and efficiently, without the delays often caused by remote diagnosis and the need for escalation. Enterprises can better handle, monitor and therefore manage their processes. As a result, PMCS’ customers, and their end-users, will see a significant increase in the quality and speed of solving IT issues.
