Swiss Startup Invest joins digitalswitzerland

At the extraordinary general assembly held this week the investor members of the Swiss Startup Invest (SSI) association unanimously decided that SSI will join digitalswitzerland.

From 2018, SSI will operate independently under the umbrella of digitalswitzerland. With the alignment of the two organization, digitalswitzerland gains access to the network of experienced Swiss Venture Capitalists and exciting Startups, whereas Swiss Startup Invest will profit from digitalswitzerland’s corporate network to facilitate access for startup.

All in all, with this consolidation, the Swiss Startup ecosystem gets bigger and better connected.

A concrete collaboration project is already planned for the Swiss Startup Days 2017. Digitalswitzerland will organize a part of the program during the Swiss Startup Days: the digitalswitzerland community day has the goal to connect the initiatives of the digitalswitzerland program as well as associated programs in order to create optimum links and interfaces.
