“The world as we know it is about to change in a more fundamental manner than it did over 100 years ago when cars were introduced. This revolution will change the transportation industry as we know it and with it the ingrained footprint that it has had on our cities and landscape in general. These are exciting times and I’m excited to be joining the board of a company that’s a leading player in this space. I rarely join boards as they require a significant time and commitment, especially when the company is located half way around the world. However, agreeing to join the BestMile board speaks volumes of how excited I am about the problem they are solving and who they are as a team.BestMile also has a business focus that will undoubtedly play a huge role in the world of transportation in the coming years. Investing in BestMile is the the first investment we have made In Switzerland”, adds Zamani.

In addition, Zamani told startupticker.ch that his decision to join BestMile was because of his long term know-how in the automotive industry and he looks forward to bringing first-hand experience to BestMile. In the last couple of years, Zamani has been very interested in autonomous driving and the overall revolution that is currently occurring in the automotive space.
