SwissLending with a fast start

SwissLending, the Swiss crowdfunding platform specialized in loans for real estate professionals, has already repaid investors for the first transaction, proposed only 12 months ago. The platform has repaid 9 private investors up to CHF 918,000, i.e. 8% profitability (excluding tax) on sums invested at the beginning of 2016.

Since its inception in 2016, SwissLending has financed 4 real estate projects in Continental Europe (France, Luxembourg and Switzerland) and raised CHF 2,875,000 from investors to date. The expected annual return to investors varies between 8% and 10% depending on the projects presented. Many more projects are expected in the coming months on the platform.
