The European Fintech Awards recognises the most innovative Fintech companies from all over Europe. A short list of 640 European Fintech companies, including 13 from Switzerland, has been released. The public is invited to vote for their favourite company to push them to the Top 30. Three winners will be determined and awarded at the

The European FinTech Awards & Conference brings together over 500 entrepreneurs, investors and experts leading innovation managers of major banks, and the most promising FinTech companies. This year's edition will feature a line-up of pitches, speakers and matchmaking sessions to allow participants to fast track their FinTech engagement.

In the second edition, 13 fintech young companies from Switzerland have been nominated among the 640 nominees from Europe. The public can now vote for their best company to push them to the top 30. Public voting ends on 25. August 2017.

The nominated Swiss startups include:

Carbon Delta – Carbon Delta is an environmental fintech that identifies and analyses the climate change resilience of publicly traded companies.

Sonect – converts anyone into a "Virtual ATM" - reducing "cost of cash" via a location based on-demand service

Knip – a mobile-first digital insurance broker that bundles customers’ insurance products in one app

eWise – a leading international provider of financial data aggregation and money manager solutions.

NetGuardians – NetGuardians is a leading banking software company recognized for its unique approach to fraud and risk assurance solutions

InvestGlass – offers the industry's leading robot-advisor for professional investors solving suitability and appropriateness of advice

Cashare – Swiss online marketplace for business and consumer loans

Trendrating –a global provider of best in class momentum models, analytics and indices.

Diamond coin – is the first Digital Currency fully backed by Investment Diamonds

Monetas – building the world’s most advanced transaction platform using a combination of cryptofinance technologies.

Expersoft Systems – provides a «one-stop shop» software solution which revolutionizes the daily business in the financial industry using the latest technology.

Ayondo – ayondo is a global Financial Technology group offering innovative trading and investment solutions for retail and institutional customers

Go Beyond Early Stage Investing – enables individuals to access angel investing as an asset class through a unique deal & portfolio platform & trainings.

The selected 30 companies in 9 categories will pitch before audience at the Europe 2017 Conference. Top 3 companies within each categories will pitch to win a European FinTech Award on the 27th of September at ''The Egg''. Every category will be judged by a panel of judges who will decide who the winners are. Selected winners will receive a B.Hive membership for one year, 2 flex seats for six months and free coaching session with a Scale-ups.eu coach of their choice.
