Lift comes to Basel
On the 6-7 November 2014, LIFT will launch the Basel edition of its renowned Geneva based conference. It will be focussed on the convergence of health industry and the digital world. On 1 September a LIFT community meeting will be held for all those interested to contribute to the conference.
The mission of the LIFT Basel conference is to connect innovators from Life Sciences and Information Technology. i-net is the presenting partner of LIFT Basel. Moreover, LIFT Basel is supported by the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft as well as Regio Basiliensis and SECO. Over the coming years LIFT Basel aims to become the leading meeting place to discuss the most relevant topics combining the digital world with the health industry and accelerate meaningful change.
In doing so, the LIFT Basel conference will not only bring interesting speakers from all over the world to Basel, but also match these thought leaders with local competencies by presenting the most promising projects coming out of the tri-national region of Northwestern Switzerland, Elsass and Southern Germany.
All those interested in contributing to LIFT Basel are kindly invited to a LIFT Basel community meeting taking place on 1 September 2014. Sylvie Reinhard, CEO of LIFT Events, together with Hannes Gassert, Editorial Lead of LIFT Basel, will give all the details about the conference format and possibilities of presenting a project at LIFT Basel. Start-ups, entrepreneurs, researchers in academia or R&D in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medtech or ICT wishing to contribute to LIFT Basel should register to the LIFT Basel community.
