DomoSafety teams up with LG to conquer the US market

LG CNS, one of the main member of LG group, specialized in system integration for hospitals, has signed a Letter of Intent with DomoSafety. This Letter of Intent states that both companies will cooperate for exploring business opportunities in the North American Market combining DomoSafety’s monitoring home care solutions and LG CNS health care solutions.

A proof of concept is planned to start as soon as possible in USA targeting Assisted Living Facilites (ALF). The purpose is to integrate DomoSafety’s services into the Health Electronic Record (HER) of LG CNS infrastructure and to improve the quality of life of seniors living in the facilities. Collain Healthcare, an LG CNS daughter company in USA, led by physicians will manage this proof of concept.
