Promising green start-ups are looking for experienced employees

Match.Me.Up! brings professionals together with impact-driven start-ups. After checking all the different job profiles, potential employees will apply for the start-ups of their choice. A selected number of participants will be invited to the interactive match-making event with a dynamic speed-dating format on May 30. There they will have the opportunity to get to know up to 20 booming start-ups, working towards a more sustainable world employing business principles, who are seeking competent people with professional experience to complement their team as for example: CFO, COO, CTO, CMO, Co-Founder, Project Director, Lead Software Developer, Creative Director etc. After the event, there will be individual interviews between the start-ups and their selected candidates to determine who will be matched up.

Match.Me.Up! is organized by the non-profit organization HUB Zürich. The program costs will be shared between the start-ups, the candidates and two strong partners. For candidates this means they normally pay CHF 100 for participating in the program. The exception is for candidates with a tech/IT profile who have worked for less than three years. They contribute with CHF 30.

The interactive match-making event takes place in the evening of May 30 at the HUB Zürich. Every start-up gets 1 minute to pitch their venture in front of all candidates. Candidates can then sign up for individual speed-dating slots à 5 minute to meet their 3-4 preferred start-ups 1:1.
